Term Four
Welcome back to Term Four. We hope you had a relaxing time over the holiday and found plenty of time to read.
We have some exciting news! We now have a Buddy Bench on Area 1 for our Year One and Two students and a Buddy Bench on Area 4 for our Year Three and Four students. Thank you very much to our P&F for funding these benches. The benches are to be used by students that find themselves with no one to play with during break times. If a student sits on the bench, other students will invite them to join in their game. The Year Six playground mediators will monitor the benches and ensure that no one sits on the bench for too long without being asked to join in a game or conversation. Thank you also to 5M for your fantastic assembly where it was explained what the Buddy Benches are and how they are to be used.
